Business Coaching - Having worked in the education sector for 14 years including in one of the top international schools, I gained high-level experience in coaching and mentoring as well as in leading teams. I saw the gaps which led to ineffective leadership and impacted staff wellbeing as well as what really made a positive difference.

For me - this is effective leaders who know how to balance and utilise their emotional intelligence as well as staff whose wellbeing is given the attention it deserves plus a staff culture that empowers staff to make a positive contribution to their work place.

Personal Coaching - Having had persoanl experience with difficult relationships which led to my own divorce, I decided to learn everything I could about how to create conscious relationships instead. This is something that I believe is missing from the education system. I am passionate about showing people how to have healthier and more conscious relationships in life. I support clients with navigating breakups, improving the relationship that they have with themselves, creating better dating experiences and improving the relationship that they have with their spouse.
